This is regarding disrespect of religious reelings of Hindus in this country though the India is called as sectil:ir country. In fact secular means equal rights & cqual status to each and every religion and its followers. But only Hindus aredeprived of from their sentiments and religious feelings and they had tO adopt the doctrines of lslamic theory for exemple kindly go through follOWiflg incidence which is a live example of discrimination on the part of religion and how the Muslini Minorities dominate the flindus who are in fact majority population in this country. When we asked the PIO, O/o. The I\4Uflicipal Commissioner, Municipal – Corporation for Greater I\4umbni (E/VIC) through P.TI datcd 02,01.2022 wfiich method of animal slauqhtin9 is being adopted whether HALAL or ZATAKA, the short answer we received from BMC authorities that — they are adopting the slaughting method as per Slaughting Rules/Act, 2001.’ In fact the reply of the BMC officials was given in very diplomatic way. After study we come to know that No where the method of slaughting of animal HALAL or ZATAKA is mentioned in the rule book of Slaughting Act 2001. Our question was specific in the RTI application dated 02.04.2022 which method is being adopted in the Govt. slaughter house whether it is HALAL r ZATKA. So we expect the appropriate reply in one word i.e. the method of slaughting is Halal and/ or Zatka. But instead of giving right and appropriate answer to our RTI question, the BMC authorities twist the matter and put irrelevant answer in reply to us i.e, they are adopting the slaughting method as per Slaughting Rules 2001.’ It is ridiculous because there is no mention of slaughting method in the Slaughting Act 2001 ’. It means the BMC and Govt. both desire to hide the exact method of slaughting being undertaken in Govt./ Municipal Slaughter house. Afier enquiry through reliable sources it is come to know that in each and every Govt. / Municipal slaughter house all over India only HALAL Islamic method is being adopted while doing slaughtiiig of animal. Now the question raise what is the HALAL method. The HALAL method is being adopted by only Muslims while doing slaughter of the animals. The Muslims prior to doing slaughter, pronounce KALAMA as per Islamic doctrines and then they cut the animal. In each und every slaughter house in Mumbai, Maharashtra and almost all over in India, the slauRhting of animal is being done as per HALAL Islamic method and that too by the Muslim dominated workers only.Muslims iiever eat the aninal meat possessed if1 Zatak« method ’because it their extreme Islamic religious feelings .Now the question raise why the Hindus should eat the meat of goat or chicken which is slaughtered by Muslims through HALAL ISlilfIllC method which is the method of Muslims envisaged as per doctrines of IslaiTllC rituals. When India is a secular country, why Hindus are deprived of to follow their own rituals and why the Hindus are compelled to adopt Muslim eating habits and why the Hindus are not getting non-veg food or meat of the animal beingslaughteredby Hindu method ZATAKA. Why this parity is seen in India which issecular country. Secular means give same respect to feelings of every religion, but the feelings of Hindus are always being disrespected in this country and more importance is being given to other religions especially Islam.In fact the slaughter houses being established and run on the strength of public money and large number of Hindus are paying various taxes and cesses to Government as well as to Municipal Corporations so why the Hindu’s rights and Hindu’s feelings are not being respected by the govt. and Municipal Corporations. Why only Muslims are accommodated in Slaughter house being run by Govt. and Municipal Corporations. Why the unemployed youths of Hindu KHATIK community and / or DALITs are not accommodated in slaughter houses being run by Muni*l Ill COPQOFdtion or Govt. If the unemployed youths of Hindu KHATIK community and / or DALlTs are given jobs in slaughter houses being run by govt. and Municipal Corporations, the majority population of Hindus would get meat of animals being slaughtered by ZATAKA Method which is allowed to Hindus as per Hindu religiOus process. If the 1-lindu Khatik & Dalit unemployed youths get job in slaughter house belongs to Municipal Corporation and Ciovt.
